Have you ever wanted to learn how to decorate a special cake? In just 8 weeks you will learn some basic cake decorating skills and be able to decorate your own masterpiece. Classes are constantly being conducted at the Shop.
Classes for beginners are held on Monday ,Tuesday or Wednesdays Costs are $30.00 per hour and are now conducted one on one so you learn what you want as you want.
If you were to do the equivilant of a beginners course you would be able to
* Cover a cake with fondant
* Make Roses, Lilies some filler flowers and Rose leaves.
*Make your modelling fondant and Royal Icing.
*Pipe a greeting, complete a snail trail.
*Learn to colour you flowers and leaves
*Complete a spray of flowers including ribbon Loops, and attaching it to your cake.

We also help the more experienced update their skills too for the same cost per hour.
